I don't usually do personal posts, but this is for a great cause, so why not? Me and my mom own a gymnastics school in Maryland and our competitive team has entered into a gymnastics competition where ALL the proceeds go to Unite for Her. (Pink Invitational - Gymnasts Unite!) Our competitive team has already raised $5,780.98!!! ?

In just under four weeks. We have until the end of the day tomorrow, February 9th at midnight, to get more donations. Donations can be made directly to Unite for Her via Paypal. Please PLEASE please help our gymnastics team out with their donations! The girls have worked SO hard in raising the money they already have! They had a HUGE "Jump for Pink" event last Saturday where they raised the $5,780.98. You can see that we made the news for this event HERE.

Unite for Her is a non-profit organization founded in 2009 by breast cancer survivor, Sue Weldon. As a survivor, Sue knows the struggles and challenges of facing the disease and has established an organization dedicated to helping women with breast cancer.

Working with girls and young women as a competitive gymnastics coach, she also recognizes the importance of early education regarding healthy lifestyle choices and wellness. Unite for HER seeks to make a positive difference in the lives of women and girls by supporting and providing breast cancer programs and initiatives that educate, empower and restore.
